Meet The Team

Jill Miller, Executive Director
Jill has been with OHFC and our sister company OAHI, for over 20 years! She has dedicated her career towards helping low to moderate income individuals in Odessa with housing. Jill has been a part of many projects and developments during her time here. She is a mother to two sons, Austin and Hunter and a dog mom to Bentley. Hunter, whom tragically passed away in a car accident in 2014, was the inspiration behind the street development of one of our apartment complexes, Eighty Seventh Apartments. The streets surrounding the complex are named after individuals who were killed in a car accident at no fault of their own. These individuals made an impact in our community in one way or another and will forever be honored. Jill has shown tremendous strength and resilience through the loss of Hunter as she continues to forge forward helping families have a place to call home.
Fun fact about Jill, she holds a cosmetology license which is why she is always looking fabulous!

She has helped with everything from building furniture, walking units, translating on job sites, and anything to get the job done. Laura plans to continue to dedicate herself to further growing OHFC and OAHI.
