NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Odessa Housing Finance Corporation (the “Corporation”) will conduct a public hearing on December 6, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. local time at the Corporation’s offices located at 3801 N. Dixie, Odessa, Texas 79762, concerning the issuance of an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $70,000,000 in housing revenue bonds or notes, in three or more series (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance a portion of the cost of the acquisition, financing and ownership of, and capital improvements to, three multifamily rental housing developments. The developments are known as Brookview Apartment Homes (“Brookview”), Woodview Apartment Homes (“Woodview”) and Southgate Apartment Homes (“Southgate”), and each has 194, 232 and 180 units, respectively, collectively totaling 606 units (collectively, the “Development”). Brookview is located at 3843 Penbrook Street, Odessa, Ector County, Texas 79762. Woodview is located at 4330 N. Grandview Avenue, Odessa, Ector County, Texas 79762. Southgate is located at 2735 E. 8th Street, Odessa, Ector County, Texas 79761. The owner of Brookview is anticipated to be OHFC Brookview LLC, a Texas limited company. The owner of Woodview is anticipated to be OHFC Woodview LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The owner of Southgate is anticipated to be OHFC Southgate LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The sole member of each owner entity is the Corporation. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given the opportunity to express their views concerning the approval of the issuance of the Bonds for the purposes of financing the Development.
