Our company focuses on the development of low to moderate income communities through constructing affordable single family homes and multi-family developments. We are currently developing an affordable apartment complex consisting of 181 units located on 87th street. Upon completion we will also be constructing single-family housing, retail spaces and a senior center. Our hopes is to make Estates on 87th a community where everyone belongs.
Assistance for Home Buyers
Through our sister company, Odessa Affordable Housing, Inc. (O.A.H.I.), we provide credit counseling, home buyer education classes, budgeting and information for down payment assistance (local and state).
