All properties are NO INSIDE PET properties, NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside pets may be considered with a $500 pet deposit per animal, and must be covered in renters insurance. Renters Insurance is required to lease our properties. Minimum 1 year lease. We check credit, criminal background, employment, and rental history. Non-refundable Application fee of $50 per adult (including adult children).
