Odessa Housing Finance Corporation set out on October 10, 1979 to issue mortgage revenue bonds for the purpose of funding mortgage loans for eligible first time home buyers in Odessa, Texas. Since then, we have expanded into developing/building low income housing and rental houses. OHFC works with our sister company Odessa Affordable Housing, Inc. to place low to moderate income families in housing.
