Dow Kelly, Vice President: Mr. Kelly is the owner of Kelly Surveying Company. He is on his second term as a board member for our organization. 

Courtni Ward: Mrs. Ward is the RCE Director of Professional Development & Communications of the Odessa Board of Realtors. 

Lance Marker: Mr. Marker is a Broker/Owner of Heritage Real Estate. He also serves on other Boards in Odessa. 

Virgil Trower- Mr. Trower is the Owner of Trower Realtor's Inc. and has an extensive career in the realty industry. He has served on many boards and has been a member of different organizations contributing to the growth and development of Odessa. 

Mike Withrow- Mr. Withrow is the Owner of Basin Abstract & Title.
