Incorporation

Odessa Housing Finance Corporation (OHFC) was incorporated effective October 10, 1979. The original incorporates were M.R. McManigle, Jr.; Emil F. Beck; and D.J. Butch Webb. A resolution approving the adoption of the Articles of Incorporation was approved by the City Council on August 28, 1979.
